Upgrade KPK and Apex to ver 5.X

hi everyone,

could you give information about procedure on this machine?

Now kiosk is ver  KPK+ 3.0 and apex ver 8.0.

i'm in trouble with local reseller, and need to buy or download upgrade software for my kiosk to ver 5.X.

also need to install upgrade, same upgrade, on apex machine.

i dont know which problem could be, because apex system works under windows xp, and kiosk run under windows 7.

kiosk also have windows 7 installed.

your apex with WinXP could have the 8.1 version max

kiosk could be upgrade in v5.2 under win7 but you can have many problems with your apex

a version for older apex in win7 32 bits is developped but it's difficult to find this version

so, could you consider to replace apex machine with new one, or could i upgrade os to win 7?

code of apex system is PC26, so, do you think its difficult to find os 7 for apex, and ver 5.X for KPK?

buy software naturally.

kodak give me expensive price for works.

there's only one os in win7 32 bits for PC26 and it's hard to find !

i have one acronis win7 32 KPK v5 for PC26 but it's too big to send by wetransfer or other

i also have the upgrade from v8.0/3.0 to v10.0/v5.0 for the kiosk but you must have the win7 32b on your apex

where are you from ?

i'm from italy.

in fact i got some issue with my local reseller.

i'm an informatic technician, and have so many experience on pc maintance.

i know kodak system have got so many issue if sometimes you're not understand so many hidden trick, dont you?

i'm sorry, but for not misunderstood this is the situation.

1 apex pc26 with win xp and OS APEX ver 8.0 (need to upgrade to win 7 and upgrade to ver 10.0)

1 kiosk g4XL PC35 with win 7 and KPK+ 3.1 (need to upgrade to ver 5.0)

1 kiosk GS order station PC27 with win xp and KPK 8.1 (square screen) (not usable)

i think there's no problem for kiosk pc35, dont you, and maybe problem come back for apex pc26.

kiosk pc27 dont have no more life, i supposed. maybe trying to change lcd. mah.
