I recently bought the dks 1610 and I think it consumes much more bleach fix chemical compared to my previous 1550. In both machines I used the same TETENAL SP3000 chemicals. I'm posting a screenshot of chimie of my machine

Do you see anything wrong with my % values of pump 3 EauBl and pump 4 Bl ? I think that the pump 4 is a bit high and that's why I have big bleach fix consumption. Do you agree? Do you have to suggest any corrections to my chimie so as not to have excessive bleach chemical consumption? I should mention that the machine is used daily and it prints about 400 photos per day, I never had problem with mud in my chemicals.

Also I think that the Tank V value of pump 4 is wrong because the tetenal bleach bottle isn't 2,4 litres, the bottle is 2 litres. Should I change the value to 2000?

Thank you for your help.

Tank V is the value in ml off the concentrate bottle size, (change it to 2000 if you use 2000ml (2l) BL concentrate), same for DEV and STB, and the ratio for BL/Water (DEV/Water, STB/Water) should be changed if it does not mach to your chemistry. This ratio represent % off water or concentrate, if you summarise both values it should be equal to 1 (100%), but ratio depend off the chemistry used or maybe someone wanted to use more BL concentrate because off low volume, not the best way to do it, better is to increase the replenishment rates, but...

Actually you can use the exactly same values as on old 1550 chimie table, as the logic is the same ;)

I managed to open chimie.exe from my 1550 backup, I found out that the % values were EauBl 0.74 and Bl 0.26, exactly the opposite from my current 1610 configuration as you can see from my screensot above. Seems like my technician was confused and entered the values oppositively, that's why I had big bleach fix consumption. I corrected the % values and also changed the Tank V from 2400 to 2000 because tha new bleach chemical bottles are 2 litres and I will see how it goes. Thanks again!!
