Hi we have a Fujifilm DL410 and would like to work with it trough the QSS EZ Controller ( Vers. 5.80.020) that we use with our Noritsu minilab.

I have seen on Youtube different videos where i can see it is possible, but our Noritsu Support cant help us.

Somebody knows how it works, or if we need some special software to connect both?

Hello Oliver. I installed similar minilab ( Fuji DL-400 ) as Noritsu and it works well. Fuji DL-410 is equiv Noritsu D701 with 4 inch option and sorter. After software instillation you have use Noritsu cartridges. If to have Fuji branded cartridges their chips should be re-programmed. Fuji DL-400 = Noritsu D701 standard model, Fuji DL-410 = Noritsu D701 with 4 inch option and Fuji DL-430 = Noritsu D703. All they has the same printer head.

To Noritsu Ez controller can be connected few minilabs and dry printers. There can connect new and old Noritsu minilabs ( since QSS3101-1 ) , 7xxx series Fuji minilabs ( without scanner ) , Fuji dry printers ( made by Noritsu ) , some Epson wide format printers and many other.

To connect DL-410 to EZ controller you need two additional software - Noritsu D701 system program and image processing module. Have both. Can get from me and install yourself, or I can do it online.

Hello Minilab Service

Thanks for you reply.

Can you tell me the price for the software when we install it ourself and whats the price if you do the installation?

How we have to do for re-programming the Fuji cartridges?

Actualy we use it with the Fuji Software but we would like to switch to Noritsu Ez Controller becouse we use also our QSS-3701 Minilab.

We buy it just for trying the Drylab tecnology and we are not shure we will keep it or we sell it again.

We have also  Espon 7890 / Epson 3880 / DNP DS620 printers what do we need to connect this printers also to the EZ Controller?

For prices you can PM

Best regards Oliver

Hello Oliver. Fuji and Noritsu cartridges are the same. Difference - different logo, model and information in the chip. To re-program chip you should have programmer. As far as I know cartridges from Noritsu are cheaper than from Fuji, so why to buy from Fuji and re-program? Of course, if you can get Fuji cartridges at very low price then can buy programmer. Also can remove chip from used Noritsu cartridge and attach it on cartridge from Fuji.

Epson 7890 can be connected to EZ controller. Not sure about 3880. It is not in the list. Can work with 3000 and can't with 3850 . Have to test. Ez controller can be connected to DNP DS40 and DS80 . Look your EZ controller version - old versions can't work with Epson and DNP. Have latest EZ controller version. Your EZ controller can be upgraded. Latest version works on all Windows ( even Windows 10 64 ) .

I will write prices on private message.

Hello. If you want can do it for you. I did it on about 50 DL430 and all work well. I have the latest EZ controller ( can work with dongle, or without it ) , latest Noritsu software for DL430, duplex print software and all optional EZ controller modules. System can be installed on any Windows. Can be installed on one computer, or with separate RIP computer. Instillation can be done online. Write private message, if interested.

QSS Green can connect to the same EZ controller. Just need different system software. For D703 can offer duplex print software. For QSS Green have High resolution print software. Also have all optional EZ controller modules. Can use them on both drylabs. Have new system software for QSS Green and D703.

Have print driver. It can be installed on W7 x64. Can print on both drylabs.
