hello,

Can  help me plz !!! i have to machine Frontier 550 and 570

When i'm printing 13x18 in frontier 570 there is no problem but when i printed in 550 it show me a message :

Paper jam occurred between distribution section and printer exit section(7)

Checkit 2 sheets remain.
