HELP Noritsu QSS 2802 blank prints (all white, no image)

Hello guys,

My noritsu qss 2802 now have all blank prints, everything is white and no image. What could be the problem? And how to solve them?

It seems your lab hs no synchronization.
Please try to check the condition of all AOM drivers.

QSS2802 has not AOM drivers. It is DLP. 

Do you have any errors ( for example DLP lamp, image processing and etc ) ? Go to service mode and try to run software upgrade from HD and load backup.

It has image processing problem before, but now the error does not appear anymore. Actually I noticed the red LED lamp on image correction PCB does not light. Should it light up or no?

I have tried load backup before, but i have not try the software upgrade.

I ran the software upgrade, and loaded backup from floppy disk. They all succeeded. But i still got blank prints. Before, sometimes arcnet image processing appears, but now it rarely happen.

I will attach pictures soon.

I tried saving to output media (hard drive), and the result of the image is all yellow. Is the problem with image correction PCB?

The print result is still white (no image).

What source of pictures, when you tried to save to HD using Noritsu software - film or digital files ( from HD, USB...) . Try do the same from other source. Are images on preview yellow also, or just stored files ( when you open them ) ? You have yellow from one source or both?

If have yellow from scanner please tell is your minilab with digital ICE pcb (J390572) or with Image input PCB (J390366) .

You should learn how to ask questions. It is impossible to understand something, when read your text.

If you suspect that image correction pcb is faulty you can test it on other minilab or use board from some other. The same image correction pcb (J390611) used on QSS28 , QSS29, QSS31 or old stand alone scanner S-2600SA . When you put image correction pcb from one minilab to other have run soft5ware upgrade from HD ( enough software upgrade for this board ) and have read backup. When return to previous minilab - have do the same.
