Go Service Mode - -   input sensor check      to check sensor performance to identy before pcb replacement

Hello. First try to make sensor sensitivity calibration. If still not good - go to input check and look which sensors do not work. Try to clean this sensor, re-plug connectors. If still doesn't work go to sensor calibration and manually set maximal sensitivity value for this sensor ( 255 in decimal = FF in hex ) . Manual adjustment menu can see, if minilab in service mode. If even with max value sensor do not work will be problem with hardware. Can be not working sensor ( transmitter or receiver ) , printer I/O pcb 3, printer control pcb, connectors or wiring. Put magnets on door sensors and check all - power suppliers on transmitters and receivers and receiver output - when sensor opened and closed. To see is transmitter LED working have to use camera ( for example mobile phone ) . This LED is infrared and you can't see light , if look directly.

Pull out the top magazine tray on the left hand side you will see half of the sensor fitted to the side of the tray. it has a small 8mm wide stainless steel cover protecting the rear side of the sensor PCB. Check that it is not touching the rear side of the sensor. They have a knack of getting bent in and will short out the voltage going to it and others on the same supply. Worth a check

Try doing the paper sensor calibration.
Menu → Extension → Maintenance → Various Adjustment → Printer Mechanical Adjustment → Paper Sensor Adjustment
