Might be computer SCSI doesn't see box or no communication between box and CTP. Can be not working SCSI interface, ( board or drivers - driver should be special version - installed from recovery CD ) , broken or bad connected cable between computer and box, faulty box or application, no connection between box and CTP, or CTP doesn't work.

Look SCSI conntections during computer BOOT , check which SCSI driver installed, check box and CTP.
