Frontier 350 Problem

Hello. I have a little problem with my Frontier 350. First I have had a small issue with EZmain program. Then I corrected it and made same changes in software as it was (except print size formats, but I can do it manually). Now everything looks good, my program connects with machine it starts in windows I select pucture and send it to print but my machine won't print it. Just stays in stand by, scanner won't read picture. In Ezmain when I go to order site it shows my new order but displey it as stop/off (as I remember, I'm home now), exepct showing processing. Do you know what might be a problem and how to fix it. As I know print size formats can't be problem. Machine would send me a message about wrong paper size.
