alpinefilmlab Posted May 17, 2017 Report Posted May 17, 2017 I have a friend who recently bought an SP-2500 scanner that is set up to be used stand alone. But he keeps getting an error that says "Optical adjustment/maintenance" " AE error occurred" He was told that it is probably an issue with his bulb. He got a new bulb, but still gets the error. What steps should he go through to find the cause of this issue?
