servitel Posted May 31, 2017 Report Posted May 31, 2017 This image is from the installation I did on the Frontier 5700 and 5500 to switch from Windows Xp to Windows 7, because I no longer find reliable antivirus and updates available.
clickrs Posted June 1, 2017 Report Posted June 1, 2017 Did you used the c4/c5 software for this ? Since they say it can not be installed on windows 7 ? Best regards, Remco
Minilab service Posted June 1, 2017 Report Posted June 1, 2017 He used C4/C5 . It was not designed for W7, but works. You can upgrade system from Windows XP PRO to W 7 PRO and all should work, as worked before. Do not think that it work on 64 bit systems, because software was designed to work on 32 bit only.
clickrs Posted June 1, 2017 Report Posted June 1, 2017 Did you reinstalled the c4/c5 software or just updated the windows versions ? Bes tregards, Remco
servitel Posted June 1, 2017 Author Report Posted June 1, 2017 (edited) Regards, the installation corresponds to the C4 / C5 in a Windows 7 Pro which was cleanly installed. Of course the version of Windows 7 is 32 bits. I want to add that it was not updated from Xp to Windows 7. Edited June 1, 2017 by servitel
