QSS 3702 with weird problem

My friend have noritsu 3702 w/o scanner and installed EZ Controller on win 7 PC. Now he had a problem that is very very weird, after the machine shut down everyday, the next day he must installed EZ Controller from scratch and load the data because the EZ Controller won't work after shut down. First thing we thought was it's PC problem, but after change a couple times with another PC, the probem not solve at all, so second thought was it's the EZ Controller software, but again after get a newer EZ Controller version, the problem still there. Honestly, i don't know what wrong, we change PC's we get a new EZ Controller version.

Does anyone knows what wrong with this problem ?

What is your EZ controller version, QSS3702 system software version and on which Windows they installed - 32 or 64 bit.

What do you mean ''EZ controller doesn't work''? It can't start or some other problem?

Sorry for late reply, i've been on vacation.

So EZ Controller is V4 and V6 both have same problem.

After shutting down (end of work). the EZ won't load unless installed OS (windows 32 bit) and EZ from scratch.

What we've done

-replace PC, we even bought new branded PC

-get another version of EZ

but no luck, so installing OS and EZ is our daily thing to do before work.
