So finally got system up and running printing perfectly

I have 2 questions

1. can you change the support mode password in MS01

2. how do you change measurements to inches not millimetres

On original software you can't change support mode password. Have use passwords ''operator'' or ''5u990rtm0d3''. It should be possible to change, but have modify software ( files or registry entries  ) . This way I changed color correction steps.

Where you want to change to inches - on drylab settings or MS-01? To change on drylab go to maintenance, printer specification menu and change there. Inches or mm you could choose during drylab software instillation.

Drylab is set to inches

MS01 is set to mm , cant find where to change it

Try set inches instead mm on product menu.
