Fujifilm FP363 Input/Output errors E804 & E812

Hi all,

We have a minilab that I've been cleaning and fixing up. I've fixed a bunch of errors by replacing parts etc. But there are two persistent errors that just won't go away.

E804 & E812 - they are both to do with the replenish system.

According to the manual the errors are coming from broken sensors. The thing is they are not. 

If I go into the Maintenance menu then I/O check, I can clearly see the sensors in questions change from 1 to 0 or vice versa when I manual block the light sensor with a piece of cardboard or press in the microswitch.

The sensors are the ones for replenish door open/closed and replenish cartridge lowered/raised.

So my question is if the sensors appear to registering correctly, how else am I meant to fix this? The only other thing the manual says it to replace a couple of circuit boards - but I would have thought the sensors would not register a change correctly if the board(s) are faulty.

I'm wondering if there a way to clear the errors in a similar way you do with a car's ECU after you've fixed it. I've cleared the logs but no luck.
