Whenever our Kodak system gives us a hard time with customer orders, we've been finding that on the Apex it's best to head into Windows, access the network tab in Explorer, open the corresponding Kiosk from the list, then extract the customer's image files from the newly created order folder inside that kiosk's CustomerAssets folder onto a flash drive. We then re-order the products via Order Entry on the Apex or just through a kiosk.

Has anyone else needed to do this, or something like this, to save a customer's order from oblivion?

We also have to do this, try restarting the Apex and Kiosks first as most of the time this resolves the problem and the order completes.

What version of the software are you running?

I know this is an old post, but hoping you can help me, I have a Kodak adaptive picture exchange which has been in storage for two years, I’ve just been using the printers on a windows computer and directly connected to a kiosk. Well, I finally

l have enough space to set the apex back up.. ( I’m working from home with clients, so we built a dedicated office area. which I have, but I want to use it just without connecting to the kiosk. For the life of me, I can’t remember how to get into the correct place to acccess a USB, or my network to print, .  Are you able to give me a super condensed version of how to get there? I have searched the net for a manual, or YouTube, and nothing.. Thankyou in advance if you can help me. Beth.
