SP 500 menus setup and maintenamce

sorry if my english not good, first i need your help all, bout fujifilm sp500

i have problem wit menu register/delete --> template Regis/ Delete

now i cant click template regis/ delete, how to fix menu regis/ delet template, a month ago, if i finish edit template tool, and i go to fujifilm menu, it works, but now i cant click, pleas help
