A silent (dumb) QSS-3501 Plus after FLOOD

Dear Sirs, an interesting qss-35 problem here

After a typhoon, qss-3501 in ship get wet water up to 1.5 feet high.  After the flood and machine get dry we checked and cleaned machine.  It can still print photos BUT it becomes a dumb (silent ) machine

All operational messages never shows up again .. like

when we open machine door message - won't tell ,,,, Laser unit not yet up to temperature - won't tell ,,,  channel and paper magzine size mismatch - won;t tell. ... etc

Experienced operator can still print photos . .. machine becomes dumb.

Anyone knows which parts or pcb  to replace to make the machine speak up (tell operation messages )  ? ? ?  we had replaced the control board..  I repeat machine can print photos now but dumb.      thank you very much for teaching . . .

I'm finding what you are saying hard to believe! How exactly is the "experienced operator" using the machine to print?

When the "control board" was replaced was the software upgrade done? To me this sounds more like a software issue, rather than a PCB issue; especially as you say the machine can still print.

Check the lighting of LEDs 1, 2, 3 and 7 on Laser Control PCB. All have to shine.

we will check, thank you.  Hearing from this remote area customer that machine is not working anymore.

finally problem solved by replacing the printer control board ( another piece) and update it.  thank you for ALL your expertise advices given.
