New QSS38 G-series has all three lasers of direct modulation (without AOM drivers and crystals).
Unfortunately, we do not handle repair of it so far.
Regular QSS38 series has a green laser made by Shimadzu type A1. 
It is easy for us to upgrade from DPSS to diode level.

[Minilab service]

G minilabs ( QSS3704G, QSS3800G and QSS3801G ) still have warranty, so your minilab should be on warranty also.

If you have minilab, where warranty not valid and G laser head is broken then you can buy laser unit from Noritsu. Noritsu doesn't sell laser heads separately. As alternative you can ''downgrade'' your minilab to model with one AOM driver. It is possible  to do it.
