Qss 3011 errors 6901-0080 and 6902-02E0 Image proc. PCB

OK I was a Noritsu tech. here in US I am trying to help a friend  QSS3011 RA symptoms when printing multiples i.e. 20 of one or 20 separate images the printing slows bigger gaps between prints then stops and an error 6901-0080 comes up or error 6902-02E0 or both I have switched out the Image Processing PCB 3 times and checked and dressed the Fiber optics lines. Seems like a capacitor is running out I worked for Noritsu for 15 yrs and had my own Lab before that and have never come up with before and by the way I changed out the Memory on the board and on the Mother board.  No change.

You have a problem with Arcnet.

One more time do the following:
1.  I recommend swapping the memory bars and clean their contacts with alcohol.
Do not forget to check the quality of fiber at the Printer Control PCB.
2. unplug fiber optic cables from its connectors and inspect them for debris left there. Shake them out.
3. If the cables were too free - press the petals of the connector to have connection tighter while cables away.
Do not confuse the color of the sleeves when reassembling.
4. Use office knife to cut the fiber exactly at 90 degrees. 

If all these steps will not help - do the same with D-ice PCB.

Hello. On QSS3011 image correction pcb ARCNET is connected using network cable ( not optical fiber ) , so nothing to cut there. Fiber optic on printer control pcb could give other errors. D-ICE board has not optical fiber also.

It is not ARCNET problem. Just your image processing board sometimes hangs and do not respond top minilab. That's the reason why you have ARCNET and LVDS communication errors with it. Try clean or replace RAM modules. On this printer used regular computer memory, so not necessary to search RAM from Noritsu. Try remove digital ICE pcb and print digital photo ( this board is only for scanner ) . Faulty digital ICE board can give image processing error. Check all power supply voltages on image processing pcb. Maybe one of them lower than should be. If all that will not help then have replace image processing pcb. Can use it from any QSS30xx.

Well...I wrote a few ways where to dig...
And:
1. 
I did NOT mean to cut any fiber on Image Processing PCB.
I know that it has just a network cable.
I meant to check fiber coming to Printer Control PCB.

Probably Achnet  card on mother board is bad or not connecting.check optical fiber from printer pcb to Achnet card on moda board.clean the slot carefully.if it comes with code 6902 - 4000 probably ur LVDS card is gone or bad to communicate to image processing PCB mother board.if ur pbc lights is not flicking consider to check towards that side - be careful.
