paper end not detected frontier 570

hello please my frontier 570 not detect when paper end on both magazines it say paper jam on each ending i have to reprint the order remain any help

wich sensor is risponsible of detecting paper run out ????

Paper end sensor D616 ( upper magazine ) and D626 ( lower magazine ) .

finnaly 

the sensors was dirty and the rods or the rod that is pushed by the sensor on the magazine was dirty so it stuck I just clean it all thank's again
