Exposure nip

Could anyone tell me what this means on our 570 please? Just keeps saying exposure nip, there was a paper jam before this and I think Ives removed all the paper but now it’s jut saying this and it won’t go away

Probably you have W-2416 error ( initializing of nip in exposure section failed. ) . Exposure soft nip home position is
not detected. Check sensor D651 and motor M651., Maybe one of them doesn't work, or something stuck there.
