V30 replenishment rate for champion chemical

Dear all

I would like to know the right replenishment rate for my noritsu v30. I use champion c41ra chems and it only state the replenishment rate of 45ml per 135/24. Does this amount the same for 120 films and 135/36 types of films? If there is a calculated formula for different types of films, does that apply to bleach fixer and stabilizer also?

I tried emailing champion website with no response.
