kouadrikhaled Posted January 3, 2018 Report Posted January 3, 2018 hello, happy new year, I hope you are well, I have a customer who has a problem with his machine fujifilm frontier 350 (lp1500) that restarts alone, I cleaned him the power supply block (alfa 400 and alfa 600) but the problem persists, I can not find the damaged part, I hope you can help me, thank you in advance
yustas Posted January 3, 2018 Report Posted January 3, 2018 Yes, I agree here with Jesse Chan. Overheating maybe the cause of restarts of the lab. Even if you cleaned the PSU, fan maybe clogged and temperature raises, and protection switch off the PSU. Dig that way first.
kouadrikhaled Posted January 5, 2018 Author Report Posted January 5, 2018 hello, thank you for your answers, the processor and its fan are in which compartment
yustas Posted January 5, 2018 Report Posted January 5, 2018 Please invite a servic engineer and pay him money. if you even do not know where the processor located it is very dangerous for you to interfere in this area. Sorry, but sometimes you must pay to other people for their work.
kouadrikhaled Posted January 7, 2018 Author Report Posted January 7, 2018 I tell you that it is my client who has this problem and my other engineering colleagues ingeigneurs do not know the exact location of the processor, and even if there is really a processor
Minilab service Posted January 7, 2018 Report Posted January 7, 2018 350 has not computer inside minilab. 350 has only chemical processor - where photo processed. Does your minilab restarts even when scanner ( or FMPC ) is not powered. If yes - can be random fault in one of power suppliers, or connection circuit.
kouadrikhaled Posted January 7, 2018 Author Report Posted January 7, 2018 hello Minilab service, thank you for your answer, so the mini lab restarts even if the FMPC is off, I still can not detect the fault, where should I dig?
Minilab service Posted January 8, 2018 Report Posted January 8, 2018 (edited) You have not to dig anything. It is not a cemetery. As I told start check from power suppliers and their control circuit. Look voltage on input ( a.c. 230 V ) and outputs, which have not control circuits ( there should be voltage, if have input ) . This way you can find are power suppliers working. If there have voltages, even when minilab restarts then look other power outputs ( which have output control circuits ) . This way can find, which outputs minilab disconnects during restart. To check what disappear can use few multimeters, but have look at them and wait minilab restart. More easy to use logic analyzer ( have connect through resistors ) . Then can look few points at the same time and see all on analyzer memory, or on computer. Only when know all that you can go forward. Edited January 8, 2018 by Minilab service
kouadrikhaled Posted January 8, 2018 Author Report Posted January 8, 2018 thank you very much, i will try to look in this direction i will sign you
