Paper Skewing (Zig Zag) Noritsu 3501

[dailysetup]

I am having this issue when my 3501 starts to print over 100 prints at one time. Anything less than 100 and it prints fine.



I have cleaned the pins on the arm unit, and the tracks.
I have tried zigzag adjustment +1 and -1 and it still occurs. This is happening on the 152 paper only.

Any suggestions?

If you have it only on one paper might be it is problem inside magazine. Try put paper to other magazine, adjust it for this size paper, change ID and try to print.

Hi , I have tried on another magazine and paper type and it still occurs around the 100 mark

Do you have the same on all 152 paper types ( glossy, matte and etc ) .

Do you have smaller papers - 127, 102... All OK, if make 100 prints on them?

Which bigger paper width you have? What is if print 100 photo on it.

I dont have smaller paper. But I do have 203 paper and I've done 150+ on that with no problem
