Hello. Fuji 375 will not work from EZ controller. To EZ controller can be connected only Fuji LP-7xxx minilabs and some drylabs ( DL-400, DL-410, DL-430, DL-450 ) .

To use EZ controller need a dongle, but can run without it. Have the latest version, which can be installed on any Windows - even W10 x64. Also have all optional modules.

375 can run using DI, FE, or MS software. On W7 ( 32 bit only ) can work DI, or MS. Have all software packages - main and optional.

On your picture FE software modules installed on server. Have all of them. S3 module - even 7 CD.
