System hangs and takes time to process job after a restart, it hangs while processing job

Can be problem with computer, or ARCNET. Try make computer recovery, reinstall all software and load backup. Test computer with some computer test software.

Test ARCNET communication ( using ARCNET test software ) . Make sure, that you have not errors there.

Look minilab specification. There have choose QSS3212. If there selected QSS3211 then print will be more slowly. To choose QSS3212 should be installed capacity booster B software. Booster should be attached to LPT. If have some problems with LPT, or dongle was lost I can install virtual dongle. This way can be converted QSS3201 to QSS3202 or to QSS3203 ( have use fast process chemicals if convert to QSS3203 ) , QSS3211 to QSS3212 or to QSS3213 ( have use fast process chemicals if convert to QSS3213 ) and QSSQSS3301 to QSS3302.

You mistyped above... :-)
To choose QSS3212 there should be installed capacity booster A software, not B. 
If you want to use QSS3212 as QSS3213 - there is a capacity Booster B required after installation of C.B. "A".
