unpredictable nois on QSS 3111 prints

Good day Sirs. we are running another QSS 3111. It happens that , in the same order, on print amoumt two is having a kind of diffraction (if I can call like that). Swapping AOM driver could not resolve this trouble.

The attached prints were made on the same order.

Please we need your help and we will be very greatful for your assistance.

Enter the service mode, go to Menu → Extension → Maintenance → Data Transfer Test

Click Yes Data Transfer.

Check the results are all showing Good.

Now, still on the QSS 3111, my request goes on printer control PCB.

When I swictc on the machine, I can listen the printer initializing well. It seems there as if evrything is normal. But after the QSS sofwaeq has started, it could not reinitialize the printer. The machinr will just atay quite and the attention mesage "The system is being initialized" remain on the screen.

So, is there any I can reset that PCB (J390699-02) ?

Check the fibre optic cables are installed properly, you may need to clean or trim the ends with a craft knife or the proper fibre optic cutter.

Check there is no debris inside the fibre optic ports.

If you leave the machine on the initializing screen, after approxomately 20 minutes it will probably give you some ARCNET errors.
