unsharp output on 3704

The 3704 output is not too sharp like the original image,it drops sharpness after printing, have compared with competitors theirs are sharper.pls help

Perfrom laser beam alignment first of all.
Make test picture and se the position of the lines.
Or invite the service engineer if you have no experience in it.

But yutas how do I perform the laser beam alignment incase if the engineer is not available? Please explain more

I do not know the level of your skills in such maintenance works.
I think if you decided to buy such model of Noritsu in the past,  you did think who will support you, didn't you?
So ask them/him to help if you will fail to make an adjustments by yourself.

All procedures described in the manuals.

Yutad have sent you the enquiry for the manual, then I noticed that on the system menu were the capacity booster type was suppose to display I/f main  H, its not displaying the capacity booster type, what could be the cause?

If to look at the list of all topics in December and january we can find  losts of your posts where you asked the same questions but never do waht you were advised.
"Miinilab service" many times has written you about your Capacity Booster and what we have as a result? Nothing.

Please don't say that, the issue is affecting me that's why am coming up with questions base on my observations, moreover the engineer is not in town that's why am disturbed, please am sorry to border you
