Problem with R1 Super 1400

It is Windows problem. Motherboard has other network card, so old settings where lost. Your workstation can't see minilab. Check network settings, run ping to your minilab address. When Windows see minilab your software can to start.

Konica software can be transferred to any computer running Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows 7 32 bit, or Windows 10 32 bit. If you want can help to do all that online.

Konica software perfectly works on 64 bits, but no 64 bit drivers for scanner and dongle. Dongle can by bypassed ( it is possible to work without dongle ) but scanner without driver can't to work.

On dongle online can enter new R3 minilab options - Any ch reg, Caption Edit, CD-R, D-ICE, HCDR-A, ICC, LUT select, P-Driver, Printer tone setup, Red eye, Scale adjustment and Tone customize. Options which you have are on 2A1 menu.

Also online can enable long length print - 491 mm instead 382 mm.

If your minilab has tablet replenishment ( ecojet ) then it can be converted to standard ( liquid replenishment ) using fast process chemicals.

Write private message, if need something.

1394 is only for scanner. Your error is not about it.

On LAN settings do not need gateway. Remove it. Ping to minilab ( on Windows press Start, run, type text  ping 192.9.200.51 -t  and press Enter ) . If have not connection - check firewall and network sharing options. Also make sure that LAN cable is connected and it is good. Minilab should be powered and working ( look on minilab LCD ) and Linux loaded . Maybe your minilab IP was changed?  Check it.

If have not connection try ping from other computer ( do not need Konica software there ) . If all well ( cable, IP on minilab ) then minilab computer LAN doesn't work. It is typical fault, when on minilab used Intel motherboard. Can be added PCI-LAN card and adjusted from Linux. Can ask to do it someone, who understand RedHat Linux V9.0 (FTP), Kernel: 2.4.20-8, Samba: 2.2.7a-7.9.0 .

Before working on minilab computer make minilab computer HD image file ( with Norton Ghost ) .  Only then can change Linux settings.

Yes, during startup Konica software try to find minilab computer, but do not see it on network. Default minilab computer IP address is 192.9.200.51, but it can be changed. Check on minilab LCD menu.

When workstation works with stand alone scanner ( without printer ) L1778-0 error can be bypassed, but when have printer no reason to do it.
