Minilab service Posted June 3, 2021 Report Share Posted June 3, 2021 E-2503 means that missing signal from polygon rotation sensor, or signal is not correct. Can be connection error or disconnection between OPT1 on laser unit OPT1 and CTL18 on CTL20 circuit board, CP2 on CTL20 circuit board trip, connection error of connector JND1-1 on the bottom side of laser unit, or polygon is not working. Minilab service Posted June 3, 2021 Report Share Posted June 3, 2021 Which progress do you expect? Fault can't fix itself. You should find what doesn't work. I wrote everything what can be. Check connections, power and control signals on polygon. If do not understand how to do it ask some electronic engineer to help you. If have all, but polygon doesn't rotate - change polygon.
