Minilab service
Many times saw this problem on Fuji 350, 355, 370, 375. There when stepper motor driver doesn't work properly motor rotates opposite direction and unit doesn't take paper. I think here will be similar problem. relaxia
MIniLab Service might be right - broken motor or incorrect plugin ( some say its not possible but ... it is) also some blocked rollers might be reason.
