Jorgesaldanha
I was checking the photos that come out for identity documents and the white areas are not white but a smoky white. Why is this, how can I correct it?
Minilab service
White is only paper and chemicals. Might be BF is bad, or STB is dirty. Jorgesaldanha

Minilab service
BF - bleach fix ( second tank ) . STB -stabilizer. If bleach - fix is bad, or stabilizer is dirty then need to change them. To make sure, that chemicals are bad can open processor cover and remove turn rack, which is between CD and BF. Then insert piece of paper directly into BF rack. On output paper should be white.
