Driver version is the latest, so can use it on W10 64 bit. Scanner driver is not signed, so to install scanner need to disable driver signature verification :

Use option 2 - an advanced boot option.
After advance boot go to Windows device manager and manually install scanner driver ( agree to install driver without digital signature ) . Scanner should appear on device manager ( without exclamation, or question marks ) .
Because you use EZ controller also need register scanner there ( on input devices menu ) .
