Scanner software 3.0-0E-521 is FE. Here is French version. English software is FE software - module S1 version 3.0-0E-511. Might be on scanner installed some optional FE modules. Optional software list can see on the same menu, where is main version.

On server also installed FE software ( Digital Imaging Controller II ) . There some S2 module ( 3.0-0E-510 , 3.0-0E-520 , or similar ) . Additionally can be installed optional modules. All information can see on server.

Which computer you need reinstall - scanner, server, or both? If both - can use any software ( FDIA, FE, or MS ) .

Each server computer can be different. Even on the same computer can be installed different software version. Also can be different software, or computer settings.  So only you can have your computer image file ( .gho created using Norton Ghost, .tib created using Acronis, or some other ) .
I have only FE software , but it is English version ( not French ) . To use it need install Windows, prepare computer and install S2.
