Dave S
I need to see the photo of the emulsion/ daily setup 18 step test print together with the readings for each step. Preferably scan the 18 step test print on a flatbed scanner to give more detail. It's impossible for me to tell you anything from the photo you posted. Jerry mott
someone who can help me send the photos they asked me
Dave S
Probably the issue is caused by an aged and yellowed white patch on the calibration plate. The colour of the fist few steps is wrong.
Jerry mott
What can be the solution?
Dave S
Ideally replace the calibration plate with a new one. You can try putting a piece of white photographic paper over the white patch, so it calibrates the white better.

Jerry mott
When the window starts to go up and tries to upload the program, the computer shuts down and when I enter the device manager, these drivers appear that are missing and they are drivers for a cable, which can be, please help
Dave S
This is normal, the drivers are loaded correctly for the 2 Noritsu cards. There is only an issue if it is showing a yellow exclamation mark
Jerry mott
when I turn on the computer it starts to restart the operating system goes up and when the QSs program tries to go up the computer shuts down
Dave S
Like I explained on your other post, check the COM port connections are correct. If the PC does not see the UPS via the COM port it will activate the QSS_Shutdown program and shut down the PC.
