tom008
My frontier 375 got in trouble again 1 week ago. I had the problem first with P2(bleach-fixer tank) heater. The heater stopped heating process without reaching to setup temperature because the inner pipe of the heater has accumulated a layer of chemical. I then clean up the inner pipe and the heater back to work again. Before I cleaned the inner pipe of P2 heater I didn't empty the chemical in P2 tank, instead I just disconnected the heater with the in and out chemical pipe. Some chemical running out of tank. When I clean up everything and turn on the machine again, the printer detected the short of chemical and start to mixing. However the mixing process stopped in half and never start it again. I then tried to manually mixing the chemical by pressing 5 time menu key -install- mixing, it showed "E2606 Replenish Sec" on the printer little screen. I took off the M740 mixing motor and test it with a car battery, it runs fine. Now I can not turn off the printer from the FMPC(computer), the computer says "Please wait, Mixing". please anyone know what is going on , thanks a lot.
