Minilab service
The latest scanner driver is version 1.5.1.0. It is for Windows XP. To use this scanner need Kis software. It also designed to work on Windows XP. Might be is possible force to work IM-1500pro on W10, but only on 32 bit ( W10 x86 ) . I did it with Konica scanners. Konica software and scanner driver - for Windows XP. I managed to install on W10 32 bit and everything worked. I forced Konica software to run on W10 64 bit, but software didn't see scanner ( because on Windows device manager missing scanner driver ) . sibi
I installed Windows 10 x86, I managed to install the driver successfully, then I used hwmon installed at c:/dks/im1500 but when I start hwmon it reports it cannot find the scanner. Any ideas?
dtonator
It won't work because the driver is not compatible with Windows 10, you can force it but the HWmon software won't recognize the scanner. The only way out for you is to launch a virtual machine with Windows XP.
