I running machine to direct main current supply without using UPS for more than 2 years, suddenly facing this problem. What will be the problem? I have attached the photo of the display issue. Minilab service Posted January 16 Report Share Posted January 16 This problem is not Noritsu software. Here problem with monitor, or computer video board. Test monitor on other computer. Dave S Posted January 16 Report Share Posted January 16 Is the computer still running normally or not (other than the corrupted screen image)? If you press the Order key when the screen image is bad does it bleep? Likely causes are a bad VGA cable, bad graphics card (or bad graphics chip if it is onboard graphics) possibly bad motherboard RAM. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Foto Galaxy color lab Posted January 17 Author Report Share Posted January 17 (edited) actually some time screen looks normal but not very clear and then screen goes to bad for while... a magenta color shade is appear next to the black color pls have a close look to the previous image.
