Minilab service Posted February 10 Report Share Posted February 10 Only you can know where your files were stored. Files are where you selected to store them on Konica software settings. Open Konica software, open service setup menu and look path where you stored files. You do not need scanner to run Konica software. You will see message, that scanner is not connected, but it is not a problem. Just cancel this message and go to menu which you need. Minilab service Posted March 4 Report Share Posted March 4 I have all possible manuals, software, upgrades, optional modules and many other. Service setup can access from main window ( Print function , EX-PC, Service setup ) . Path can see, if on service setup menu press Output destination on EX-PC. There are 10 services. Each of them might have different path. Default path is C:\temp , but usually during instillation engineers, or minilab owners change it. Do you have minilab, or stand alone scanner? Which scanner model ( DS2000E, or DS2001E ) ? Which R2 is there ( R2-700, R2-1000 ) ? Is it Ecojet ( tablet replenishment ) , or replenishment using liquid chemicals? If tablet replenishment it is possible convert to liquid. Also can be updated software ( to version 2.03 ) . Can be added new software options. Also can be added long length ( 491 mm ) . MarieB Posted March 6 Author Report Share Posted March 6 Thanks a lot for your indications. I managed to make the scanner communicate with the Windows XP PC to stock the outputs. Now I would like to know if it is possible to install a new version the software for the standalone R2-700 scanner. I don't have the minilab anymore. Minilab service Posted March 6 Report Share Posted March 6 Which software version is now? To R2-700 usually was connected DS-2000E. Is it your scanner model? It is possible to use W10 , but only on 32 bit version. Scanner and dongle have only 32 bit drivers. Software works on 64 bit, but dongle and scanner drivers do not exist. First seven can be used on stand alone scanner. All added options can see on 2A1 menu. If want to upgrade, add new options, or install on new computer - write private message. Minilab service Posted March 11 Report Share Posted March 11 Hello. Epson ES-2200 is flatbed scanner. What is your film scanner model ( with film carrier ) ? Is it DS-2000E, or newer model - DS-2001E ? What do you want to do? If you scan only on latbed scanner ( Epson ES-2200 ) then you do not need Konica software at all. Epson ES-2200 can connect to any computer and scan. Konica software you need only for film scanner. Tell what you have and what you need.
