servitel
Greetings, we have reinstalled MS01 4.0 on the FMPC of the Frontier LP5700 and we are noticing that the printouts are shifting from their margins. Using the respective menu we notice that the parameter for the left margin is not in the correct position. Even though we set it to its maximum value of -3.0, there is still a small white stripe which we don't know how to correct. Has anyone had this problem? Thank you. Minilab service
Did you load backup during FMPC instillation? If not then need to make many minilab settings. It will take a long time. If you have backup then load it and have all settings on minilab. servitel
servitel
Yes, but I think that original backup was not taken by the previous technicians. Now that I personally took control of the installations of this Frontier, I see that the backup copy is not complete. It only happens to me on 6" paper, I have been able to square the other papers with the respective tool. I am also thinking that it could be a tolerance issue within the Magazine. Thank you for your previous response.
Minilab service
If you have problem only with one paper then probably paper is wrong supplied from magazine. Try use other magazine, or re-adjust it.
servitel
Yes, that's what I'm going to do because reviewing one of the magazines that I have available, I realized that it may indeed be out of adjustment regarding the size. Thank you. I'll keep you updated when I do. Good day.
