Why to clone? It is not dificult to install. Then have fresh Windows and it always work better.

Which software on your server ( FRONTEND ) - C4/C5 , S2, or MS01 ?

What do you mean "backup" ? If you  on server have MS01 and want to have MS01 settings then on old computer from MS01 maintenance menu make MS01 backup. After that can load these settings on other computer MS01 ( maintenance menu ) .
Backup can load, only when both computers have the same name. Otherwise backup will not work. New computer should connect to the same minilab ( because other minilab computer might to have different name ) .

If computers are similar then can use Acronis Boot CD to make one computer HD image and load it on new computer HD. After that manually need find and install missing Windows drivers and make LAN settings.

Thanks for reply,

I want to make clone copy in case something happened to this PC (FRONTEND); such as motherboard died.

FRONTEND pc is installed now with DIGITAL IMAGING CONTROLLER 2 which I think is a C4/C5 software where username and password is FRONTIER.

Currently, I have Ghost image for C & D drives, it sometimes happens connection error message on the minilab, I restore that image using Ghost. This sometimes happened if any changes happened to network settings or electrical vault occurs.

However, Now, I'm worried if something happened to this PC motherboard and I don't have another standby PC.

regards,
