kiosks can’t save activity log

Our kiosk cannot save activity logs to CDs or DVDs

the kiosk can save things like settings, diagnostics fine, it’s just the activity log so there doesn’t seem to be any issue with the CD writer from what we can tell.

all 4 kiosks are having this issue, they are running V12.1

Whenever we try it simply freezes and stops responding, does not provide any error code.
