Alex N
Hello. I have a Fuji dl 600, that i got from someone. Last time it worked was September 2022. Now when I try to turn it on, the red button in the back just flashes once, when I connect the power cord, and then stays off. Nothing starts, not even fans. The green button lights. Do you know what the problem could be? I mention that it is not connected to a PC (i tried installing the ms01 but when trying to open the application it gives me a runtime error regarding pic.exe application...). And there are no ink cartridges inside. I attach a video. Thank you VID_20230317_145431726.mp4

Alex N
Yes. It flashes once only if it remains turned on and I pull out the power cable and put it back in. The if i turn off and turn on, with the power cable in, nothing happens

Alex N
Do you know if i connect two printers to 1 PC within the MS01, will it work? I mean can I send jobs simultaneously from the same program to both printers?
Minilab service
What is second printer model? How your DL600 is connected - two computers ( client PC and printer PC ) , or without one computer ( printer USB connected directly to server ) ? Alex N
In a couple of days i should receive a dl600 printer that has its own PC with the MS01 4.2 software already installed. What I want to know is if i can connect a second dl600(the one I was having problems with, and wrote here, if i can fix it) to the other PC, just by plugging a USB cable. What I imagine is when I open the software and want to print something, maybe it will ask me on which printer if two are connected. I have never used Fuji Software before so I have no idea. When I bought the dl600 with the power problem i received some some cd-s. The software is MS01 3.0. i tried installing it on a laptop with windows 7, but don't know if i selected the wright steps. And it didn't even show the dl600 printer, only DL400. I selected something and when I try to open the application it gives me a runtime error for pic.exe. And when I want to install the CD with the dl600 driver, it said it needs a system with the MS01 installed or something like that. I thought it would be simpler. Install driver, install program, Connect printer to PC...but no That's why I wanted to know about connecting two dl600 to one works station
Minilab service
You can connect other DL600 instead your not working printer. Just run DL600 maintenance utility, go into service mode and remove your old printer. After that connect new printer and add it. If you want at the same time use two DL600 printers both of them should be connected through RIP computers. Then will be one printing server ( client computer ) and two RIP computers ( printer computers ) . You will not see DL600 after MS01 instiillation. To see it additionally should be installed DL600 connection module ( MSP46 ) . Also need install DL600 system software ( to have maintenance utility ) . MS01 3.0 is for Windows XP. For Windows 7 32 bit should be MS01 4.0 , or 4.2. Computer should be specially prepaired to install MS01. If will not do it then software will not work. If want can help to install new comnputer, connect printer and make all settings. Can do it remotelly ( using Anydesk ) . Write private mesage, if interested. Minilab service
To test printer you do not need MS01 and MSP46. Just enough to install DL600 system software, connect printer and power on it, run maintenance utility, go into service mode and register printer there. Fans al other on printer will work only when you run printer from maintenance utility. When connected power cord and power button is pressed then red button should be light. The same should be if to press green button ( humidity control unit button ) . Power on printer, press button and check all voltages. All voltages can see on DL600 service manual ( chapter 7.5 - Board Voltage List ) .
Alex N
Thanks for your reply. I will try again to install dl600 system software and see if it works. The voltage is ok, its 220v. Keep in touch. Have a nice day.
Minilab service
I was talking about power suppliers outputs. All them can see using multimeter. What should be can see on DL600 service manual ( chapter 7.5 - Board Voltage List ) .
Alex N
When I try to run maintenance.exe it says a dll is missing. I installed the file twice, once as Client Computer and second Printer Computer (don't know the difference ) and still the same Edited March 19 by Alex N
Minilab service
What is system software version? On which Windows you tried to install? Do not need install twice. Need install correctly. When installed on two computers on one computer need install printer and other - client. When installed on one computer need choose third option - client pc without printer pc. Alex N
I tried installing it on windows 7 on a laptop...i read the manual better and understood with the printer and client PC...but i will buy an old PC with windows XP then i will try installing it again and use it only for that printer. Hope it will go ok. Keep in touch. Thank you very much for your help. One more thing. When it asks me to select a port...i choose usb001 if i connect via USB? Minilab service
You didn't tell system software version. If Fuji DL600 system software has version 6.05 then can be W7 32 bit. but if it has version lower than 6.01 then need use older Windows ( XP ) . Your MS01 is old ( version 3.0 ) and it is for Windows XP. Might be your system software also old and can be used only on Windows XP. When printer is one then do not need printer computer. Need choose third option - client pc without printer pc. Do not need select port manually. When printer is powered, working and USB connected then software should find port automatically. If software do not see port - printer is not working. Might be missing main board power supply, not working board, bad USB connection, or some other problem. If software can't detect printer then can select any USB port. After that from maintenance utility can enter printer with correct USB port. When printer is powered and working then during USB connection to computer should see "blink" on Windows device manager. How to install software read DL600 instillation manual ( 3.2.3 Installation, Systems without Printer PCs) . I tried to install version 6.05 on W7. All works and do not ask LibIccDll.dll . From Windows Start menu need open maintenance utility. On maintenance utility need go into service mode. Then press add/delete printer. After that update target printer list. Printer should be found. If select it can add to printer list and register it. Edited March 19 by Minilab service

Minilab service
System software is on DL600 system aplication CD. There is version 2.02. It is for Windows XP. To use on W7 32 bit need version 6.01 and later ( for example 6.05 ) . MSP46 is connection module ( to connect DL600 and MS01 ) . You have version 3.1.0.72600 - for Windows XP. To use on W7 32 bit need version 4.0 . Should be one more CD - with MS01. I think you have MS01 version 3.1 . If yes - it is for Windows XP. For W7 32 bit need MS01 version 4.0 , or 4.2 .
