PTollin Posted March 30 Report Share Posted March 30 (edited) Getting this error message on a Frontier SP500 at work. I cannot get it to work anymore, it won’t register any masks being inserted and it is stuck on the main order page and cannot get into the film scanner. not sure how or where to run a diagnostic but I’ve been looking online and at Manuals and can’t seem to find anything. I also need to mention usually when it is ready to scan the “state” line is green and it’s on solid red.
