SE2 is not diode. It is PAPER SENSOR 2 (LEFT) ( transmitter + receiver ) . Transmitter is IR LED. Receiver is optical sensor with sensitivity adjustment.
Clean sensor ( both parts ) . After that on service menu make sensitivity adjustment.
Look is LED working. Can see light if to look through mobile phone camera. If no IR light - check LED woltage ( J/P396 between pin 1 and pin 2 ) .

On older minilab models used Sharp IR LEDs ( GL514A ) . Here should be similar diode.

QSS3702 cable from J282 to J354 and J395 - Noritsu p.n. W410534-01. Can order from Noritsu, Fuji, or part resellers.

Can find used cable. The same cable is on QSS32 and QSS34.

If do not search cable you can take wire and repair it. One by one cut off original wires and solder other wires. To insulate soldering points use heat-shrink tubing.
