QualexTech
Hi, Is there a way to enter service mode without using the small keyboard on a 3411 ? The smal keyboard on this unit is no working due to a connection issue but the cpu style keyboard is working. Thank You !

Dave S
Just to clarify you are using the F keys at the top of the keyboard? Pressing the F1 key should bring up the menu (the same as pressing F on the screen) If you are printing, pressing F9 should lighten the image. If that doesn't work, the keyboard must be faulty. oliphaz
Under the menu screen in functions, hold F and press -1 to input the service password (if using the noritsu corrections keyboard).
