Pixel lines on photos in SP 3000

Hi! When scanning, we noticed a problem in the form of pixel lines in the photographs.

We tried Gray Pixel Detect but error E-4750 appears there. We even moved to another carcass with a different matrix and lens Toshiba and Image Processing Section, but the error remained the same, and these lines still appear from time to time.

Do you mean into other good  working scanner put image box and computer. After that lines appeared on other scanner. If yes - problem  with image processing. Can be  faulty GIA23 ( signal from CCD connected here ) , GMB23 ( main board ) , RAM, or even firewire board ( inside image box, or computer ) . Test them one by one on other working scanner. Only GMB23 ( main board ) is programable. All other - plug and play.

As a result, it helped to get rid of the line of changing RAM. But gray pixel detected still throws an error.

The second motherboard does not work, so apparently I need to look for a new one.

Thank you very much for your help!

Which motherboard you are talking about - image computer main board ( GMB23 ) , or computer main board? If doesn't work computer main board then instead of it can use any older motherboard, which can work with Windows 2000.

On image board can use older server RAM, but not all memory chips are supported.

I'm talking about the image computer motherboard. The speed of sending a photo to the server has slightly decreased, but at least without pixel stripes.

If image box main board ( GMB23 ) doesn't work then you need change it. This board is programable. Before changing try update board software and load setting. When on computer is newer version and on GMB23 older version then board doesn't work ( have red eye error, or some other ) .
