servitel
Good afternoon, please, this morning the Lp7700 began to send the prints in the wrong way. The problem is that we want to send images in 8x6 size and it takes them as 6x8 printing them from the 6" magazine instead of the 8" magazine. Thanks.-
Minilab service
To print 8x6" picture on 203 mm paper use correct pint channel - 203 mm ( paper width ) and 152 ( paper length ) . If you use Noritsu software then on pint channel can be programmed up to three pint sizes. If they are different need select correct letter, which matches print size which you need. servitel
Thanks for answering. The problem is precisely that everything was working fine, but since this morning when printing in 8x6 size, it takes the paper from the 6"(152mm) magazine and not from the 8"(203mm) magazine. The 8x6" and 8x6" with borders have been created for a long time and the magazines have been registered since the printer was purchased. nanotron
it looks like your printer has a paper magazine reading code problem to check if the decoder is good first remove the 2 magazines and go to printer input check then check the paper magazine code status. without the magazine it should read a binary number code 00000000 . servitel
