Minilab service Posted August 23 Report Share Posted August 23 (edited) 21001849 means lens didn’t operate - failure to close shutter. Can be faulty shutter motor, sensor, connections, boards etc. Test shutter from output check menu. In most cases faulty is motor. It is possible to repair it ( clean, grease ) .
