Minilab service Posted October 12 Report Share Posted October 12 All good on two your screenshots. On your third screenshot. is software error. On Windows try to run checkdisk ( C and D ) . Might be it will solve a problem. If you still have printer connect and power on it. Then go to 0140 menu and there disable printer. After that scanner software works stand alone. If all that will not help need reinstall MS11 ( version 2.0 for SP3000 ) . Can try to use update option and select to read scanner settings from HD. Minilab service Posted October 21 Report Share Posted October 21 (edited) Check do you have communication with server. Connect server and power on it. On scanner computer open C:\FES\ and run "Maintenance" . Maintenance menu should be opened. If maintenance was not opened and you just see small box with server name then your scanner doesn't see server. Try access server computer from Windows. Try to run ping both sides. If Windows can reach server, but software not then something wrong with Fuji software. One more option is try disconnect LAN cable and try start scanner without server. Select to ignore missing communication. If Fuji software starts then open menu 0140 and disable printer. Try to open Fuji software again. From Windows start menu run PNS launcher.
