just bough qss3704gf - wont print edge to edge

Hi All 

Just bought 2nd hand qss3704gf to go with my other qss3704f 

however the 3704gf wont print edge to edge - leaves a small boarder 

i am told this is because the the 3704gf is 360dpi and the other one is 320dpi 

run the process using hot folder and ez controller - i m told there are settings i can change or some software lines i can insert to correct this 

any help appreciated

The specification manual says
3704 300DPI
3704G 300DPI or 640DPI (selectable)

Is the white border on all 4 sides?
What setting is the Media Paper Fitting set to in the print channel settings?
If you print the images directly from EZcontroller (Not using Hotfolder) do they come out correctly?

My error in the originial message 

the 3704Gf is 320 dpi ( you can select 640)   the 3704F is 300 dpi

Yes the boarder is on all 4 edges 

we send from our network to the hotfolder- i think the media paper fitting is that not on the kiosk side of the settings 

Yes if we send directly from the ez controller its fine .

You need to change the PaperFittingFlag on your Hotfolder text file to =Crop
